ABSTRACT The gradual setting-up of making the transition wi血the society and market economy,peasants workers arise。I have understood the thought current sitllation of the peasant of Nanjing c时worker on the basis of field investigation，analyse reason that thought produce，worker of peasant，propose peasant content，worker of ideological education，explain the countermeasure of carrying 013．ideological education the peasant worker finally．Strengthening the research and exploration of peasant’S engineering educating and management，it is new period one while propagating and educating in urban and rural areas have subject of important theory and realistic meaning，in the course of control over peasant’S engineering，how to carry on ideological education to it，it is a brand—new job．So，I attempt to use such multi-disciplinary knowledge as sociology，psychology，political science， management and ideology and politics pedagogy，ere．to structure the system that carries on ideological education the peasant worker,through carry on ideological education is it change concept，peasant of worker tO come to peasant worker, strengthen the identification with city,thus promote the stability ofthe city． Keyword：the Social transition；Peasant worker； Ideological education 前言 一、问题的提出 研究中国的农民工问题，应对我们所处的时代和变革的大背景有一个科学的 认识，尤其应当对目前人们通常所称的“社会转型”有一个清颂科学的理性分析。 因为农民工问题是在社会转型过程中凸现的。 “社会转型”(social transformation)一词来源于西方发展社会学理论和现代 化理沦。“转型”是社会学家对生物学概念的借用，来描述社会结构具有进化意 义的转变。如在当代颇具影响力的D·哈利生在所撰写的《现代化与发展社会学》 一书中论述现代化和社会发展时，就多次运用社会转型一词来予以说明。台湾社 会学家蔡明哲在他的《社会发展理论一人性与乡村发展取向》一书中首次直接把 “socialtransformation”译为“社会转型”，并表达了“发展”就是由传统社会走 向现代社会的一种社会转型与成长过程的思想。当前，“社会转型”已为社会科 学包括结构转换、机制转轨、利益调整和观念转变，而且这种转型的实现往往不 是通过暴力的强制手段或大规模的群众运动，而主要是通过发展生产力和确立新 的社会经济秩序来完成的。不仅在中国学术界普遍使用，而且成为社会上出现频 率很高的一个热门术语，其基本内涵就是指社会的整体性变动。但在社会学中， 社会转型主要指社会结构的整体性、根本性变迁，它不是指社会某个领域的变化， 更不是指社会某项制度的变化，而是指社会生活具体结构形式和发展形式的整体 性变迁。但在中国绝大多数学术论述中，“社会转型”常被用来指社会从传统型 社会向现代型社会过渡的时期，是社会中传统因素与现代因素此消彼长的进化过 程；尤其是特指当代中国从计划经济体制向市场经济体制、从公有制向以公有制 为主体，多种所有制并存的基本经济制度、从以农业为主导的经济社会向以工业
