的扩大应与一国经济、科技的发展水平相适应。在本文第四部分提出 了面对专利权客体保护范围日益扩大国际化发展趋势，我们应采取的 对策：(1)提高企业创新能力，发展高新技术；(2)制定适合我国国 情审查基准。 关键词：专利权客体范围 ABSTRACT Invention patent，utility patent and design patent Bl-e regarded aS patent’S object by onr patent law．Meanwhile，the range of the patent’S object is confined by our patent law,which is embodied in fifth and twenty’ fifth clauses．We have set up a system to protecting the patent’S object no W． which fits for our countnj． Now,along with the rapid development in computer,biological engineering，electron business，the protection to the patent’S object are becoming behind．The range of the patent’S object is facing serious challenge．So，more and more people pay their attention on it． The thesis introduces the present protection situation of patent’S object all over the world at first．In the second section，relating to the present protection to patent’S object in our cotmtry we analyze the confined range of patent’S object in onr country．We clarify that the range of patent’s object is facing challenge with the development of science and econonlics， Moreover，we analyze the enlarging range of patent’S object has brought effect on the three kinds of patent’S object when we revised the patent law in 1992 and when we canceled the twenty—seven notice of the National ProDerty Bureau in 2000．We clarify tlmt the enlarging range of the patent’S object has enhanced the development of science and economics h1 the three section we emphasize and analyze that the high—technologies in biological engineering，computer，electricity。business are bringing more and more effect on the range of patent’S object and they make the range of patent’S object extended．We put forward that we should adjust the range of patent’S object in time with the development of science，economics and era， especially,me high—technologies which are of our own superiority should be entered the range of patent’S object in order to be protected by patent law．We think that will improve our competition in high-t
