[摘要] 本文首先对经济全球化的概念进行了界定，说明了其不可逆转的发展趋势，从生产力和 生产关系两个方面分析了其实质，并指出了其对发展中国家的“坝刃剑”作川。文章义对国 家经济安全的概念进行了界定，指出它在一国国家安全中居于核心地位。接着从生产力和生 产关系两个方面说明了经济全球化挑战我国经济安全的根本原因，并从国际经济的依赖性增 强、生产要素流动全球化、国家经济主权削弱、国际经济摩擦增多等四个方面指出了经济全 球化挑战我国经济安全的具体原因。 接着文章分析了经济全球化给我国的产业安全、金融和对外贸易安全、信息和人才安全、 能源安全等方面带来的具体挑战。产业安全包括民族工业安全和农业安全，其受冲击的原因 主要是外商直接投资、国内关税和非关税保护降低、产品“走出去”障碍增多。金融安全主 要体现在外资金融机构的进入和国际游资的冲击两个方面；对外贸易安全则表现在对外贸易 依存度过高、外贸商品和地理结构不台理、贸易壁垒和欺诈增多等方面；信息安全主要体现 在我国更容易出现更多的信息泄漏等方面，人才安全主要体现在人才显性和隐性流失方面。 能源安全则体现在供给保障上。 文章指出要以科学发展观为指导．增强我国综合国力．从根本上维护我国经济安全；同 时应建立危机防范机制、预警机制、化解机制；并从“走出去”、经济外交、建立“大中华 经济圈”等三个方面主动出击，以“进攻”的态势维护我国经济安全。 [关键词] 经济全球化经济安全挑战对策 [abstract] At first，this text defines the concept of economic global ization，explains its irreversible development trend，analyses its essence from two respects of productivity and relations of production．and points out its“double—edged sword” function on developing countries．Article also defines the concept of national economic security，points out it occupies the key status in national security．Then article proves the basic reason of the economic security to our country from two respects of productivity and production relations．And article also points out the concrete reasons of our country’s economic security challenge under economic globalization．They are the strengthen of the international economy dependence． mobility global ization of produce factor，weaken of national economic sovereignty， increasing of international economy rub．and so on． Then the article analyses the concrete challenges by economic globalization． such respects as the industry security，the finance and foreign trade security， information security，talent’s security，energy security．The industry security includes nationality’s industrial and agriculture security．The reasons of challenges are the increase of foreign businessman’s direct investment．the reduction of tariff and non—tariff protection．the obstacles increase of our products。walk out’．The finance embodies in two respects of impact of
