I Teaching aims:
一. To introduce new words and expressions to students

IV Teaching procedures Step1 warming up Ask students to listen “I have a dream” and ask students who is he, then show some pictures of history makers and lead them to learn new words in the listening material.
Step2 general listening
1 ask students to listen the material of exerice3 for the first time and try to guess the main idea of it.
2 after the listening, ask them one question about it and check answers
Step3 careful listening
1 show students the first part of the passage and give them an exercises
2 ask students listen to the next part and ask students to finish the blanks in the sentences and let them read it
