Research On the Basic Characteristics And Guard Against Contemporary International Financial Crisis A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Xu li Supervisor：Prof. He jun sheng Chang’an University, Xi’an, China i ii 摘 要 马克思认为只要资本主义存在，经济危机就不可避免。而经济危机与货币危机的根 源在于资本主义生产方式的内在矛盾，即生产社会化和生产资料资本主义私人占有形式 之间的矛盾。这一矛盾也是导致资本主义社会逐渐走向衰落的根本原因。马克思虽然没 有全面的分析金融危机理论，但他的理论仍然适应当今的社会经济发展。 本文通过理论研究和文献分析，系统的总结了马克思的金融危机理论，成为本文分 析新世纪以来的几次重大金融危机的理论基础。虽然在马克思之前西斯蒙第和马尔萨斯 都提出了经济危机论，但是他们的出发点都是错误的，即使是这样，也有值得我们借鉴 之处。马克思的金融危机理论作为本文的理论基础，贯穿全文，通过对 1994 年墨西哥 金融危机、1997 年亚洲金融危机和 2008 年美国金融危机的演变过程、爆发的原因、特 征的分析，特别是 2008 年由美国引发的国际金融危机的详细分析，总结出当代国际金 融危机的特征。 伴随着中国对外经济的发展，中国走向全球化的脚步正在加快，中国的对外开放逐 步扩大，面对外来的金融风险越来越多，如何防范金融危机成为当前中国乃至世界其他 国家急于解决的重大问题。本文在最后一章重点分析中国防范金融危机的基本对策，分 别从金融创新、政府与市场的有机结合、参与国际金融秩序的改革三方面提出防范金融 危机的基本对策。 关键词：经济危机，金融危机，防范，金融市场，基本对策 iii Abstract Marx believed that as long as capitalism exists, the economic crisis is inevitable. The economic crisis and currency crisis are rooted in the inherent contradictions of the capitalist mode of production, namely, the production of conflict between the possession in the form of socialization and the cost of production of capitalism. This contradiction is also the root which will cause the capitalism to decline and disappear finally. Although Marx did not analyze the theory of the financial crisis comprehensively, it is still to adapt to todays social and economic development. In this thesis, the theoretical research and literature analysis summarize the financial crisis theories of Marx, which becomes the theoretical basis of the new century through analyzing several major financial crises. Despite Sismondi and Malthus proposed economic crisis theory before, their views are wrong, even so, it is still worthwhile for us to refer to some points they mentioned.
