糖尿病中医治疗方法 1.清热泻火法 适应症：燥热内盛型糖尿病 表现：烦渴引饮、消谷善饥、尿量频多、舌红苔黄、脉洪大或滑数位特征。 代表方：白虎汤。 药物：知母、栀子、黄连、桑白皮、地骨皮、苦瓜、马齿苋、虎杖。 除热宜用甘寒法，忌用苦寒之品。 2.润肺益胃法 适应症：肺胃阴伤 表现：口干咽燥、渴而少饮、饥不欲食、微咳便结、舌光苔薄少津。 代表方：益胃汤、二冬汤 药物：天花粉、玉竹、麦冬、葛根 本法多和清热泻火、健脾益气的方法合用。 3.滋养肝肾法 适应症：真阴不足、五脏失濡 表现：尿多而甘，五心烦热，腰膝酸软，耳鸣耳聋，视物昏花，舌红少苔，脉细数 代表方：六味地黄丸、固阴煎 药物：熟地黄、山萸肉、枸杞子、桑椹、首乌、黑芝麻。 4.益气健脾法 适应症：脾胃虚弱、真气不足 表现：饥不欲食，能食稍饥则缓，渴饮不甚，倦怠乏力，溲清便溏，舌淡脉弱。 代表方：四君子汤、参苓白术散 药物：人参、白术、黄芪、山药、茯苓、薏苡仁、麦冬、五味子 不可用苦燥之品 5、除湿化痰法 适应症：痰湿内盛型糖尿病 表现：三多症状不明显，而以痰湿中阻、苔腻形肥，多伴有心血管、肾、神经、视网膜及下肢血管病变。 代表方：五苓散 药物：苍术、茯苓、泽泻 热型——滑石；热象不明显——大剂量苍术（苦温燥湿） 长春中医药大学 Contents Hot Tip How do I incorporate my logo to a slide that will apply to all the other slides?
