Financing difficulties of SMEs in technology—based Research ·-A Case Study of the Southern Environmental Engineering Co．，Ltd． Abstract “Eleventh Five-Year”period．the rapid development of SMEs in Chinas national economy is playing an increasingly important role．Currently,the SME products and services to create the ultimate value of GDP ofaround 60％．Small amount of state tax revenue iS about 50％ofthe total． In terms of employment，SMEs provide 80％of urban jobs．SMEs in obtaining sources of funds needed for development is difficult in the national economy and its significant role played match． Technology-based SMEs with high risk and high return features of the coexistence of traditional financing difficult to meet their financing needs，leading to poor financing,a serious impediment to the development of technology-based SMEs，a shortage of funds has become the slow development of technology-based SMEs a serious bottleneck． To this end，the paper will be located south ofthe Environmental Engineering Co．，Ltd．as our research object，analyzes the status of corporate financing．Technology-based financing is a common phenomenon in small and medium enterprises，proposed countermeasures financing difficulties．Paper describes the theme of the study is divided into five parts．The first part is made part of the problem，a brief background and significance of the study,summarizes the contents of this paper，methods．The second part of the relevant literature reviewed．The third part is to analyze part of the problem，by describing the financial status of the Southern Environmental Engineering Co．，Ltd．，from the practice of companies and their factors，external factors，the two perspectives，the plight of the leading corporate finance major factor．The fourth part is to solve the problem part of some developed countries learn from the policy of financial support to SMEs， combining with its own characteristics，from the full enjoyment of the national policy arrangements，the establishment of pluralis
