How to position the electronic commerce and how to establish a scientific and reasonable electronic commerce talented person cultivation system became a top priority, but the Chinese academic circle on the electronic business personnel training attention isnt enough, for this, we should look to the electronic commerce professional talent training this domain, and try to a new point of view, to build scientific and reasonable electronic business personnel training system. In view of present Chinas e-commerce development and electronic commerce talented person employment prospects, more systematic and detailed analysis of the current enterprise electronic commerce talented persons demand of personnel training and the problems, and puts forward some solutions to the problems related to the strategy of how to construct a scientific and reasonable according to electronic business personnel training system, and puts forward practical Suggestions.
