IL―6和TNF―α在结肠癌患者血清中的测定及其意义 　　【摘要】 目的：分析白介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平与结肠癌的关系。方法：选择2013年8月-2014年5月本院收治结肠癌患者39例（结肠癌组）及同期健康体检者39例（对照组）作为研究对象，测定两组两种细胞因子术前及术后血清浓度，并比较其浓度在组内和组间的差异。结果：结肠癌组血清中TNF-α浓度明显低于对照组，而IL-6浓度则高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；Dukes A+B期TNF-α及IL-6浓度均低于Dukes C+D期，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；术后TNF-α浓度高于术前，IL-6浓度低于术前，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：结肠癌患者中，IL-6与TNF-α的血清浓度与对照组比较差异显著，且与肿瘤分期有一定相关性，因此对于其灵敏度和特异度可做深入研究探讨，其有可能成为结肠癌临床诊断的重要指标。 　　【关键词】 白介素-6； 肿瘤坏死因子-α； 结肠癌 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the relationship between IL-6，TNF-α and colon cancer.Method：39 patients with colon cancer（colon cancer group） and 39 healthy examined people（control group） in our hospital from August 2013 to May 2014 were selected as the research objects.The serum concentration of the two kinds of cytokines in the two groups were determined.The concentrations of cytokines were compared between the two groups.Result：The serum level of TNF-α in the colon cancer group was lower than that in the control group and the serum level of IL-6 in the colon cancer group was higher than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The serum levels of TNF-α and L-6 in patients of Dukes A+B stage were lower than those in patients of Dukes C+D stage，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.After the operation，the serum levels of TNF-α in the colon cancer group was higher than that before treatment and the serum level of IL-6 was lower than that before treatment，the differences were all statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α are significantly different in patients and healthy people.They have a potential correlation with the TNM stage of tumor.The sensitivity and specificity of them shall be researched further，they may be used as important indicators for the clinical prognosis of colon carcinoma. 　　【Key words】 Interleukin 6； Tumor necrosis factor-α； Colon carcinoma 　　First-author’s address：The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangz
