供应室无菌物品的质量控制方案探讨 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨供应室无菌物品的质控方案。方法：选取笔者所在医院50名医务人员，调查对无菌器械、无菌物品、灭菌过程的了解程度及实施质量管理前后的行为；检测2011-2014年的无菌物品。结果：50名医务人员中，90%了解无菌器械，10%不了解；82%了解无菌物品，18%不了解；70%了解灭菌过程，30%不了解灭菌过程；与实施质量管理前比较，接触无菌包不洗手、错发无菌包、职业暴露、自身防护行为、地上捡起放入无菌柜及一次性物品过期行为比例均下降，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：严格有效的控制供应室无菌物品质量，是预防和减少医院感染的重要途径。 　　【关键词】 供应室； 无菌物品； 质量控制方案 　　中图分类号 R187 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）33-0157-02 　　Discussion on the Quality Control of Sterile Goods in Supply Room/WANG Wen-jing.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（33）：157-158 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the quality control program of sterile goods in supply room.Method：50 medical personnel were selected in our hospital，sterilized instruments，sterile，understanding the extent of the sterilization process and implementation behavior were surveyed before and after the administration of quality；Sterile items were detected from 2011 to 2014.Result：90% of 50 medical personnel could understanding of sterilized instruments，10% of 50 medical personnel did not understand；82% of medical personnel could not understanding of sterile articles，18% of them did not understand；70% to understand the sterilization process，30% did not understand the sterilization process；didn’t wash their hands before contact sterile aseptic package，the wrong sterile goods，occupational exposure，self protective behavior，picked up sterile goods from floor into sterile cabinet and disposable items expired behavior were all significant differences compared with before implementation of the quality management（P0.05）.Conclusion：Strict and effective control of the quality of sterile goods in the supply room is an important way to prevent and reduce the hospital infection. 　　【Key words】 Supply room； Aseptic material； Quality control scheme 　　First-author’s address：The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University，Hefei 230000，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.33.076 　　供应室是向医院提供无菌器材、敷料及其他无菌物品的重要科室。其人员管理、物品监控、无菌质量等与医院感染密不可分。供应室的工作中如何有效控制无菌物品的管理，保证其质量
