双钢缆缝扎固定髌骨骨折的临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨分析双钢缆缝扎固定髌骨骨折的临床疗效，总结临床经验。 方法 随机选取该院在2013年1月―2015年1月期间收治的52例髌骨骨折患者，将其随机分为观察组26例和对照组26例，观察组实施双钢缆缝扎固定治疗，对照组患者采取AO钢丝张力带治疗，对比两组患者手术时间、愈合效果、骨折愈合时间及术中出血量。结果 观察组膝关节功能恢复优良率为100.0%，手术时间、术中出血量以及骨折愈合时间分别为（34.1±4.2）min、（69.5±9.3）mL和（10.9±2.8）w；对照组膝关节功能恢复优良率为88.5%，患者手术时间、术中出血量以及骨折愈合时间分别为（67.8±8.7）min、（99.4±11.0）ml和（13.7±3.1）w；两组患者膝关节恢复优良率、手术时间、术中出血量和骨折愈合时间的组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 双钢缆缝扎固定髌骨骨折的临床疗效显著，患者骨折愈合较快，手术时间短，且创伤小，值得在临床上广泛使用。 　　[关键词] 双钢缆缝扎固定；髌骨骨折；AO钢丝张力带；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）11（b）-0035-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of double wire suture fixation in the treatment of patellar fracture and summarize the clinical experience. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015， 52 patellar fracture patients admitted in Suzhou Wuzhong District Luzhi Peoples Hospital were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 26 cases in each. The observation group were treated with double wire suture fixation while the control group were treated with AO wire tension band. And the operation time， healing effect， fracture healing time and intraoperative blood loss were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group， the observation group had higher excellent and good rate of recovery of knee joint function（100.0% vs 88.5%）， shorter operation time[（34.1±4.2）min vs （67.8±8.7）min]， less intraoperative blood loss[（69.5±9.3）mL vs （99.4±11.0）mL]， shorter fracture healing time[（10.9±2.8）w vs （13.7±3.1）w]， the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（all P0.05）.
