腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆道结石的疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：对腹腔镜与胆道镜联合用于胆道结石治疗中的临床疗效进行探究。方法：选取2012年1月-2014年1月本院收治的86例胆道结石患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方式的不同分为观察组与对照组，每组43例。观察组给予腹腔镜联合胆道镜进行治疗，对照组给予传统开腹手术进行治疗，比较两组手术持续时间、胃肠道恢复时间、引流管置入时间及并发症发生情况等相关指标。结果：观察组手术持续时间、胃肠道恢复时间、引流管置入时间分别为（68.35±11.32） min、（23.07±4.78） h、（14.18±2.68） d，并发症发生率为4.65%，均明显优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对胆道结石患者以腹腔镜联合胆道镜进行治疗可有效提升治疗效果，安全性高，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 腹腔镜； 胆道镜； 胆道结石 　　Observation on the Clinical Effect of Laparoscopy Combined with Bile Duct Endoscopy in the Treatment of Bile Duct Stones/WANG Bao-wei.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（10）：143-145 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with bile duct endoscopy in the treatment of bile duct stones.Method：86 cases of biliary calculi in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected as the research objects，according to the different treatment methods they were divided into the observation group and the control group，each group had 43 cases.The observation group was treated with laparoscopy and bile duct endoscopy，the control group was treated with traditional open surgery，the duration of operation，the recovery time of gastrointestinal tract，the time of drainage tube insertion and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result：The duration of operation，the recovery time of gastrointestinal tract and the insertion time of drainage tube of the observation group were respectively （68.35±11.32） min，（23.07±4.78） h，（14.18±2.68） d，and the complication rate was 4.65%，these index were significantly better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of patients with bile duct stones by laparoscopy combined with bile duct endoscopy can effectively improve the treatment effect，and with high security，it is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】 Laparoscopic； Cholangioscopy； Biliary calculi 　　First-author’s address：The Central Hospital of Zhumadian City，
