50例多发伤患者的临床治疗分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨多发伤患者的临床治疗方法及效果。方法 回顾性分析2012年2月―2014年2月在该院急诊外科收治的50例多发伤患者资料，询问患者病情、受伤原因、时间及部位，进行综合评估，根据评估结果，分别给予颅脑损伤处理、胸部损伤处理、休克处理及继发性感染治疗等，并合理选择手术时机，分析治疗的效果。 结果 该研究纳入的50例患者中，抢救成功46例，死亡4例，抢救成功率为92%；经6个月随访，治愈31例（67.39%），致残11例（23.91%），死亡4例（8.7%）；2例发生切口感染、1例腹腔内感染、1例ARDS，感染发生率8%。结论 对于多发伤患者的临床救治，需在综合评估患者病情基础上，给予有针对性处理，并合理选择手术时机，术后加强抗感染治疗，降低术后感染的发生率，临床救治效果显著。 　　[关键词] 多发伤；急诊抢救；疗效分析 　　[中图分类号] R [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）01（a）-0177-02 　　Analysis of clinical treatment for 50 patients with multiple trauma 　　HE Linheng 　　Emergency Department， North district of the Central Hospital of Yongzhou， Yongzhou， Hunan， 42500， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the multiple trauma patients with clinical treatment and effect. Methods A retrospective analysis of February 2012 -2014 February emergency surgery in our hospital treated 50 cases of multiple trauma patient data， ask the patients condition， cause of injury， time and location， comprehensive assessment， based on the assessment results， were given traumatic brain injury treatment， chest injury treatment， shock treatment and the treatment of secondary infections， etc.， and a reasonable choice of timing of surgery， analyzing the effects of treatment. Results The study included 50 patients， 46 cases of successful treatment， four cases of death， the survival rate was 92%； after 6 months follow-up， cured 31 cases（67.39%）， 11 cases of disability （23.91%）， 4 deaths（8.7%）； 2 cases of wound infection， abdominal infection within one case， one case of ARDS， the infection rate of 8%. Conclusion Conclusion： For patients with multiple trauma clinical treatment， the need to assess the condition of patients on the basis of a comprehensive， targeted treatment given， and a reasonable choice of timing of surgery， postoperative intensive anti-infection treatment， reduce the incidence of postoperative infection， clinical treatment effect is significant . 　　[Key words] Multiple trauma； Emergency rescue； Curative eff
