PCS椎弓根螺钉治疗脊柱创伤相关疾病的临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察PCS椎弓根螺钉治疗脊柱创伤相关疾病的临床疗效。方法：以本院2012年3月-2014年3月收治的70例脊柱创伤相关疾病患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法将其分为两组，对照组患者给予普通脊柱椎弓根系统治疗，观察组患者则行PCS椎弓根螺钉治疗，对两组手术情况、术后脊髓神经损伤及手术前后Cobb’s角、VAS评分进行比较。结果：两组术中出血量、住院时间、术后半年Cobb’s角及VAS评分比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：PCS椎弓根螺钉治疗脊柱创伤相关疾病安全可靠，术后恢复快，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 PCS椎弓根螺钉； 脊柱创伤相关疾病； 脊髓神经损伤； 疗效 　　The Clinical Observation of PCS Pedicle Screw in Treatment of Spinal Trauma-related Disorders/LI Zhi，YAN Zhi-jian.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（18）：146-148 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of PCS pedicle screw in treatment of spinal trauma-related disorders.Method：70 patients with spinal trauma-related disorders treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups，the control group was given normal system treatment of spinal pedicle screw，the observation group was given the treatment of PCS pedicle screw.The situation of operation，postoperative spinal nerve injury，Cobb’s angle before and after operation and VAS scores were compared between the two groups.Result：The observation group’s amount of bleeding，hospitalization，Cobb’s angle of six months after surgery and VAS score were significantly better than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：PCS pedicle screw used in treatment of spinal trauma-related disorders is safe and reliable，patients can get a rapid postoperative recovery.It is worthy of promotion. 　　【Key words】 PCS pedicle screws； Spine trauma-related disorders； Spinal nerve injury； Efficacy 　　First-author’s address：The People’s Central Hospital of Zhanjiang City，Zhanjiang 524037，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2015.18.056 　　脊柱创伤相关疾病主要包括脊柱骨折、脊柱滑脱及脊柱椎管狭窄等多种形式，其发病率在我国交通事故增多的形势下不断上升，若处理不当可能导致患者截肢瘫痪。传统脊柱手术创口大，操作复杂且出血量多，术后恢复慢[1]。随着微创技术的不断发展，脊柱椎弓根螺钉系统等微创技术在脊柱创伤相关疾病中得到广泛的应用，但普通椎弓根螺钉治疗可能出现内固定失败等并发症，影响术后恢复[2]。PCS（部分集中螺钉）椎弓根内固定系统具有生物力学强度大、固定稳定等特点，逐渐成为外科手术的重要手段。本研究对本院收治的脊柱创伤相关疾病患者行PCS椎弓根螺钉治疗，效果令人满意。报告如下。 　　1 资料与方法
