PFNA内固定联合中医综合疗法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨防旋股骨近端髓内钉（PFNA）内固定联合中医综合疗法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。 方法 选取2011年1月～2014年5月本院收治的110例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组，各55例。研究组采用PFNA内固定联合中医综合疗法治疗，对照组采用PFNA内固定手术治疗，随访6个月，比较两组患者的髋关节功能优良率及不良反应发生情况。 结果 研究患者的髋关节功能优良率为92.7%，高于对照组的78.2%（P0.05）；研究组患者出现髋关节疼痛、肺部感染、下肢静脉血栓等不良反应发生率为3.6%，低于对照组的21.8%（P0.05）。 结论 PFNA内固定联合中医综合疗法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果确切，可有效改善髋关节功能，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] PFNA内固定；中医疗法；老年；股骨粗隆间骨折 　　[中图分类号] R683.42 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）07（b）-0147-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of PFNA fixation combined with comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treating intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients. Methods 110 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture treated in our hospital were selected as study objects and randomly divided into research group and control group，and there were 55 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The research group was treated with PFNA fixation combined with comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.The control group was treated with PFNA fixation operation.All patients were followed up for six months.The excellent rate of hip joint function and the incidence of adverse reaction between two groups was compared respectively. Results Good and excellent rate of hip joint function of research group （92.7%） was higher than that of control group （78.2%） （P0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction like hip joint pain，pulmonary infection and lower limb vein thrombosis of research group （3.6%） was lower than that of control group （21.8%） （P0.05）. Conclusion PFNA fixation combined with comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treating intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients has exact effect.It can effectively improve the function of hip joint.It’s worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] PFNA fixation；Traditional Chinese medicine therapy；The elderly；Intertrochanteric fracture 　　股骨粗隆间骨折是临
