红外热像图在前列腺炎诊断中的应用价值 　　【摘要】 目的 分析红外热像图在前列腺炎诊断中的应用价值， 为临床诊断提供参考。方法 108例前列腺炎患者为实验组， 分别采用红外热像检查、前列腺液常规检查和前列腺B超检查， 另选取21例男性职工作为对照组， 采取红外热像图诊断， 分析几种检查方法的敏感度和准确性。结果 实验组患者的阳性率（86.1%）明显高于对照组（19.0%）（P0.05）， 红外热像检查结果与临床表现基本一致；实验组患者在红外热像诊断中93例为阳性， 采用前列腺液常规检查81例患者为阳性， B超检查82例患者为阳性， 红外热像检查与临床表现符合率（86.1%）明显高于前列腺液常规检查与临床表现符合率（75.0%）和前列腺B超检查与临床表现符合率（75.9%）（P0.05）， 红外热像检查能够比前列腺液常规检查和前列腺B超检查更加具有敏感性。结论 红外热像图在诊断前列腺炎中有非常高的准确率， 安全性高， 在临床诊断中值得推广使用。 　　【关键词】 前列腺炎；红外热像图；前列腺液常规检查；前列腺B超检查 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2015.18.017 　　Application value of infrared thermogram in diagnosis of prostatitis ZHUANG Chu-xuan. Methods There were 108 prostatitis patients as experimental group， and they received infrared thermogram， prostatic fluid routine examination and prostate B ultrasonic examination respectively.
