综合疗法治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍的临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析综合疗法治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍的方式和临床效果。 方法 选取该院2011年1月―2013年1月收治的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者共80例，随机平均分为对照组和治疗组，对照组予以单纯西药治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联合优质西医康复训练，对比2组临床疗效。结果 治疗组患者洼田氏饮水试验评级为1级26例、2级10例、3级3例、4级1例、5级0例，评级试验结果为（1.33±0.48）级，优于对照组的（2.11±0.64）级，P0.05。治疗组患者治愈26例、显效10例、有效3例，无效1例，总有效率97.5%，综合疗效明显优于对照组（P0.05）。2组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。 结论 综合疗法康复训练的运用可有效改善脑卒中吞咽障碍综合疗效，安全性高，应用前景广泛。 　　[关键词] 综合疗法；脑卒中；吞咽障碍；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）01（b）-0003-03 　　Clinical Analysis of Comprehensive Therapy in the Treatment of Post-stroke Dysphagia 　　JIANG Liping 　　Department of Neurology， Sichuan Huaying Guangneng Group General Hospital， Huaying， Sichuan Province， 638600， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the way and clinical effect of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia. Methods A total of 80 cases with post-stroke dysphagia admitted in this hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were equally and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was given only western medicine therapy， the treatment group was given high-quality western medicine rehabilitation training based on the treatment given to the control group. And the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results In the treatment group， evaluating by Watian drinking water test， there were 26 cases with grade 1， 10 cases with grade 2， 3 cases with grade 3， 1 case with grade 4， 0 case with grade 5， the rating test results was grade （1.33±0.48） ， better than grade （2.11±0.64） of the control group， P0.05. In the treatment group， 26 cases were cured， the treatment effect was markedly effective in 10 cases， effective in 3 cases， 1 case was inralid， the total efficiency was 97.5%， the comprehensive curative effect was significantly better than that of the control group（P0.05）.
