耳穴埋豆改善脾虚气弱型老年患者便秘疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨耳穴埋豆改善脾虚气弱型老年患者便秘临床效果。方法 随机选取2013年1―12月在该院中医科住院治疗的老年患者74 例，分成研究组和对照组各37例。对照组给予常规护理，研究组在常规护理基础上采取耳穴埋豆。比较两组治疗效果。结果 两组治疗后疗效比较，统计学分析可知，研究组总有效率（100.0%）明显优于对照组总有效率（83.78%），经2检验，组间比较P0.05，有统计学意义。 结论 在改善脾虚气弱型老年患者便秘方面，耳豆埋穴的临床效果较好，无不良反应，安全有效，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词] 耳穴埋豆；老年患者；便秘；脾虚气弱 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）02（b）-0162-02 　　Ear Acupuncture Oint Buries Beans Improve Spleen qi Deficiency Typesenile Constipation Curatioe Effect Obseruation 　　LIU Jie WANG Shuxiu 　　TCM and depovrtment of Xinjiang First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University，Shihezi，Xinjiang Province，832000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of improving weak spleen qi constipation of elderly patients with type by using th method of ear acupuncture point buring beans.
