腺样体切除术治疗儿童慢性鼻―鼻窦炎的临床效果观察 [摘要] 目的 观察腺样体切除术治疗儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效，探讨其临床适用性。 方法 选择2006年9月～2014年9月于我院接受治疗的112例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患儿作为病例资料，随机分为研究组56例和对照组56例，对照组采用单纯的药物进行治疗，研究组采用腺样体切除术进行治疗。观察两组患儿的VAS评分、临床疗效及住院总时间、住院期间哭闹时间等各项临床指标，对研究结果进行分析比较。 结果 治疗后，研究组患儿的头痛、鼻塞等VAS评分均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组患儿的总有效率及住院各项时间指标明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 腺样体切除术治疗儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎效果显著，复发率低，安全、可靠，适合临床长期推广应用。 [关键词] 腺样体切除术；慢性鼻-鼻窦炎；临床观察 [中图分类号] R765.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）09（b）-0100-03 Clinical efficacy observation of children with chronic nasal-sinusitis of adenoidectomy treatment CHEN Qiu-huan Department of Otorhinolaryngology，People′s Hospital of Gaoyao City in Guangdong Province，Gaoyao 526040，China [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of children with chronic nasal-sinusitis of adenoidectomy treatment，and to explore its clinical applicability. Methods 112 cases of chronic rhino-sinusitis children from September 2006 to September 2014 in our hospital were treated as clinical data，they were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group were treated with a simple drug treatment，the study group were treated with adenoidectomy treatment.The VAS scores，the clinical efficacy，the total time of hospitalization，crying time during hospitalization and the clinical parameters between two groups during hospitalization was observed and compared respectively. Results After treatment，children′s headache，stuffy nose and other VAS scores of study group was significantly lower than the control group respectively，with statistical difference（P0.05）；The total efficiency，the clinical parameters of study group was better than that of control group respectively，with statistical difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion Children of chronic nasal-sinusitis with denoidectomy treatment has significant effect and recurrence rate.It is safe and reliable for long-term clinical application.
