蛋白尿方联合科素亚治疗慢性肾炎临床分析 　　[摘要]目的 分析蛋白尿方与科素亚药物联合应用于慢性肾炎效果。方法 选取该院于2010年1月―2014年3月收治的慢性肾炎患者72例。随机分为A、B两组各36例。A组患者住院治疗期间用常规科素亚药物治疗，B组则选用蛋白尿方与科素亚药物联合治疗。均同时行常规药物、运动及饮食指导，治疗一个月，比较相关指标。结果 两组患者经治疗一个月后的24 h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮、血肌酐等评价肾功能的指标均明显低于治疗前，且B组各指标数值均显著低于A组，差异显著，P0.05，具有统计学意义；两组病情好转率比较，B组优于A组，P0.05。结论 蛋白尿方可有效降低慢性肾炎患者的尿蛋白含量，与科素亚药物联合治疗慢性肾炎疾病时可促进科素亚药物的药效，进而显著改善慢性肾炎患者的病情，促进患者病情的好转，最终提高治疗效果。 　　[关键词]慢性肾炎；科素亚；蛋白尿方 　　[中图分类号]R696.2 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1674-0742（2015）04（b）-0096-02 　　The Clinical Analysis of Chronic Nephritis treated by Proteinuria Decoction Combined with Losartan 　　LIU Weishi 　　Department of Nephrology， The First Hospital of Yichun City， Yichun 153000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of chronic nephritis by using proteinuria side combined with Cozaar drug. Methods Selected 72 from 2010 January to 2014 March in our hospital were treated patients with chronic nephritis.
