连续性血液净化治疗严重脓毒症患者临床疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析连续性血液净化治疗严重脓毒症患者临床疗效，为临床采用血液净化治疗脓毒症提供依据，从而为严重脓毒症患者提供有效的治疗方法。方法 随机选取该院于2013年4月―2014年12月收治的90例肠瘘腹腔感染导致例严重脓毒症患者作为研究对象，将其随机均分为观察组和对照组，对照组实施常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础之上实施连续性血液净化治疗，比较两组患者的生命体征体温、心率、血压及呼吸频率以及白细胞介素-8和肿瘤坏死因子-α的变化。结果 观察组较对照组的生命体征体温、心率、血压及呼吸频率以及白细胞介素-8和肿瘤坏死因子-α改善情况好，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 连续性血液净化治疗严重脓毒症患者临床疗效显著，可以明显提高患者的康复。 　　[关键词] 连续性血液净化；严重脓毒症患者；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R459.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（a）-0072-02 　　Efficacy Evaluation of Continuous Blood Purification in the Treatment of Severe Sepsis Patients 　　LI Wu-han，ZHAO Ri-sheng，ZHAO Yun-zhao 　　Research Institute of General Surgery，Clinical School of Medical Collgeg of Nanjing University/Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region，PLA，Nanjing 210000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analysis the continuous blood purification in the treatment of severe sepsis patients clinical curative effect， for clinical provides the basis for using blood purification in the treatment of sepsis， and provide effective treatment for patients with severe sepsis. Methods From April to 2014 in our department in 2013 December were treated 90 cases of intestinal fistula abdominal infection in patients with severe sepsis as the research object， the random were divided into observation group and control group， control group implement routine therapy， observation group in the control group based on the implementation of continuous blood purification treatment， compared two groups of vital signs in patients with body temperature， heart rate， blood pressure and respiratory frequency and interleukin - 8 and the change of tumor necrosis factor alpha. Results The observation group than control group in the vital signs of body temperature， heart rate， blood pressure and respiratory frequency and interleukin - 8 and improve the tumor necrosis factor alpha， difference have statistical significance （P0.05）.
