情景模拟教学法在社区心肺复苏培训中的应用研究
摘要:目的:研究分析居民在学习心肺复苏法时情景模拟教学法所起到的作用。在情景模拟教学法下心肺复苏知识在广大人民群众当中得到了广泛的推广和普及,也为群众采取自救或者救助他人时所采取的措施提供了理论基础和指导。方法:在南海区大沥镇黄岐部分社区随机的选取50人,并将其平均分为对照组和试验组。对于对照组进行传统的宣讲心肺复苏理论知识以及健康小常识。而对试验组则在讲授理论知识的基础上加以情景模拟示范心肺复苏措施。两组培训完成过后对两组的知识以及肺复苏培训技能的掌握程度进行评分。结果:在培训之前对照组和试验组在心肺复苏理论知识以及实际操作能力上的掌握程度基本无异。但在培训过后两组在技能与知识的掌握程度、培训的满意度上均有较大的差异,这种差异具有统计学意义。结论:相比较以理论讲授为基础的传统宣讲方式,情景模拟教学法更能让群众轻松的掌握心肺复苏的技能,对心肺复苏技术的广泛普及具有推动作用。

Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of residents in learning situation analysis of cardiopulmonary resuscitation simulation teaching method plays. In the scene simulation teaching method of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge has been widely applied and popularized in the broad masses of the people, but also the measures taken to provide a theoretical basis and guidance for the masses to take self rescue or relief to others. Methods: in Beijing City, Chaoyang District, a random selection of 50 people and the average divided into control group and experimental group. While in the experimental group on the basis of teaching theoretical knowledge of scene simulation model of cardiopulmonary resuscitation measures.
