我院妇儿药房儿科退药处方分析与对策 　　[摘要] 目的 分析北京市大兴区人民医院妇儿药房儿科退药现状，以减少或避免退药现象的发生，提高处方质量。 方法 收集本院2013年7～12月妇儿药房儿科退药处方306张，对退药原因进行分析，提出应对策略。 结果 妇儿药房退药原因以患儿家长要求退药为主，其次为医师处方不当及药物不良反应；退药品种以自费处方及中西药注射剂为主。 结论 为降低儿科退药率，医院应加强药物的监督管理，提高医务工作者的责任心，加强药剂科与临床科室的沟通，提高药师指导家长给患儿合理用药的服务水平，完善退药制度，减少退药现象的发生，保证患者用药安全。 　　[关键词] 妇儿药房；退药；原因分析；对策 　　[中图分类号] R969.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（c）-0149-03 　　Analysis and countermeasures of pediatric drug withdrawal prescriptions in women and children′s pharmacy of our hospital 　　TIAN Hong-yan LI Hai-ping JIANG Shuo-dan 　　Department of Pharmacy，People′s Hospital of Daxing District in Beijing City，Beijing 102600，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the current situation of pediatric drug withdrawal in women and children′s pharmacy of our hospital in order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of drug withdrawal，improve prescription quality. Methods 306 pediatric drug withdrawal prescriptions in women and children′s pharmacy of our hospital from July to December 2013 were collected. The causes of drug withdrawal were analyzed and the countermeasures were proposed. Results The main cause of drug withdrawal in women and children′s pharmacy was parent-required drug withdrawal，followed by improper physician prescriptions and adverse drug reactions.The main types of withdrawal drugs were self-paying prescriptions and traditional Chinese and western medicine injections. Conclusion In order to reduce the pediatric drug withdrawal rate，the hospital should enhance drug supervision and management，promote responsibility of medical staff，strengthen the communication between pharmacy department and clinical department，advance the pharmacist′s service level of guiding parents to provide rational medication to children，improve drug withdrawal system，reduce the occurrence of drug withdrawal and ensure the patients′ medication safety. 　　[Key words] Women and children′s pharmacy；Drug withdrawal；Cause analysis；Countermeasures 　　本院是大兴区一所二级甲等综合医院，随着医院规模的不断扩大，为防止假药、劣药流
