普洱市1256例中老年人口腔健康状况调查 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.22.80 　　摘要目的：探讨云南省普洱市中老年人口腔健康状况，旨在为普洱市的口腔健康预防提供理论依据。方法：通过随机抽取普洱市的2个县，再从2个县中各随机抽取2个街道，并在4个街道设置4个点，对中老年人口的口腔健康状况进行调查，并安排调查对象进行口腔检查，并对口腔检查结果进行记录统计。结果：男性患者出现楔形缺损、牙周病、牙石以及牙列缺失等口腔疾病的发病率明显比女性高，仅牙列缺损中男女无明显差异，其余几项差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；患龋、楔形缺损、牙石、牙周病、固定义齿、可摘局部中发病年龄主要集中在45～54岁以及55～64岁，而牙列缺失、半/全口义齿则主要集中在年龄≥65岁；除牙周病发病率各组间不存在明显差异，其余各项差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：普洱市的中老年人口腔健康情况并不理想，应当积极加大宣传力度，加强口腔健康治疗和预防工作。 　　关键词中老年人；口腔健康；调查 　　The oral health survey of 1256 middle-aged and elderly people in Puer city 　　Zhao Houxi，Wang Yanlan，Yang Fa 　　Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Puer City，Yunnan 665000 　　AbstractObjective：To investigate the oral health status of middle-aged and elderly people in Puer city of Yunnan province，in order to provide theoretical basis for oral health prevention of Puer city.Methods：We selected two counties from Puer city randomLy，then selected two streets randomLy from those two counties，and seted four point at four street，to survey the oral health status of elderly population.We arranged the investigation of oral examination，and recorded the examination results.Results：The incidence of wedge-shaped defect，periodontal disease，dental calculus and missing teeth and other oral diseases in male patients were significantly higher than those in female，only the incidence of dentition defect had no gender difference，and the remaining items were significantly different（P0.05）.The age of caries，wedge shaped defect，calculus，periodontal disease，tooth，solid definition onset removable partial mainly concentrated in 45～54 and 55～64 years old，and the teeth missing，half/full denture is mainly concentrated in the age of more than 65 years.The differences were significant between the groups except periodontal disease，P0.05.Conclusion：The oral health of middle-aged and elderly people in Puer city is not ideal.We should intensify propaganda，and strengthen oral health treatment and prevention. 　　Key wordsMiddle-aged and elder
