普米克令舒联合可必特雾化吸入治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨普米克令舒联合可必特雾化吸入治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效。方法 随机选择2011年10月～2014年3月本院诊治的儿童支气管哮喘100例，两组均予吸氧、抗炎、止咳、化痰等对症处理。对照组同时予α-糜蛋白酶、地塞米松、生理盐水雾化吸入。观察组应用空气压缩泵雾化吸入普米克令舒、可必特治疗，疗程3～5 d。比较两组治疗后的疗效及两组患者咳嗽消失时间、气喘消失时间、肺部哮鸣音消失时间。结果 治疗后，观察组的显效率为56%、总有效率为96%，对照组的显效率为40%、总有效率为78%，两组显效率比较，差异不显著（P0.05）；两组总有效率比较，差异存在显著性（χ2=5.397，P0.05）。观察组咳嗽消失时间、气喘消失时间、肺部哮鸣音消失时间均短于对照组，差异存在显著性（P0.05）。 结论 普米克令舒联合可必特雾化吸入治疗儿童支气管哮喘可以提高疗效，改善临床症状，安全性好，值得广泛推广和应用。 　　[关键词] 儿童支气管哮喘；普米克令舒；可必特；雾化吸入 　　[中图分类号] R725.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）33-0045-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of pulmicort respules combined with combivent inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods One hundred cases of bronchial asthma in children were randomly selected from October 2011 to March 2014 in our hospital， two groups were given oxygen， anti inflammation， relieving cough， phlegm and other symptomatic treatment. The control group was treated with α-chymotrypsin， dexamethasone， saline inhalation. Observation group was treated with air compression pump inhalation of pulmicort respules， treatment for 3 to 5 d. The curative effect of two groups were compared after treatment， and the disappearance time of cough， asthma， pulmonary wheezing disappearance time of disappearance time were compared between two groups. Results After treatment， the markedly effective rate of observation group was 56%， the total effective rate was 96%， markedly effective rate in the control group was 40%， the total efficiency was 78%， compared with efficiency between two groups， the difference was not significant between two groups （P0.05）； the total efficiency of two groups were compared， there were significant differences （χ2=5.397， P0.05）. The cough disappeared time， the disappearance time of asthma， pulmonary wheeze disappeared time of observation group were shorter than the control group， there were significant differences （P0.05）. Conclusion Pulmicort respules combined inhaled therapy of children bro
