河南省巩义市0～14岁患者住院病种及费用分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解儿童住院疾病谱及住院费用情况，为优化医疗资源的配置提供参考依据。 方法 采用回顾性资料分析方法对河南省巩义市2011～2013年0～14岁新农合住院患者的资料进行统计分析。 结果 巩义市0～14岁儿童以呼吸系统疾病占第1位（55.68%），其次为消化系统疾病（19.44%）；排行前10位的单病种疾病分别为气管支气管炎（18.98%）、上呼吸道感染（8.93%）、扁桃体炎（8.79%）、疱疹性咽峡炎（6.86%）、肺炎（5.42%）、支气管肺炎（5.05%）、喘息性支气管炎（4.80%）、手足口病（4.56%）、黄疸（3.32%）、腹股沟疝（2.96%）。大多数患者选择县级医院治疗；医院级别越高，日均花费越多（P=0.000），平均住院日越长（P=0.001）。 结论 巩义市0～14岁儿童住院疾病以呼吸系统疾病占第1位，应加强乡级医院建设。 　　[关键词] 儿童；住院；疾病；病种；花费 　　[中图分类号] R195.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（a）-0158-04 　　Analysis of inpatient disease and cost of patients 0-14 years old patients in Gongyi city of Henan province 　　SUN Bin1 HU Hong2 SUN Sheng-tao3▲ 　　1.Huiguo Town Health Center of Gongyi City in Henan Province，Gongyi 451283，China；2.Department of Laboratory，People′s Hospital of Zhengzhou University，Zhengzhou 450003，China；3.Department of Ophthalmology，People′s Hospital of Zhengzhou University，Zhengzhou 450003，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To understand the hospitalization disease spectrum and cost in children and provide the reference for the optimization of the allocation of medical resources. Methods Data of new rural cooperative medical inpatients of 0-14 years old in Gongyi city of Henan province from 2011 to 2013 was retrospective analyzed. Results The respiratory disease （55.68%） of 0-14 years old children in Gongyi city was ranked the first，followed by the digestive system diseases （19.44%）；the top 10 single disease were bronchitis （18.98%），upper respiratory tract infection （8.93%），tonsillitis （8.79%）， herpes simplex pharyngeal diverticulum （6.86%）， pneumonia （5.42%）， bronchial pneumonia （5.05%），asthmatic bronchitis （4.80%），foot and mouth disease （4.56%）， jaundice （3.32%），inguinal hernia （2.96%）.The majority of patients choosed county hospital treatment；the higher the level of hospital，average daily spend more （P=0.000），the average hospitalization days longer （P=0.001）. Conclusion The respiratory disease of 0-14 years old children in Gongyi city is ranked the first，
