At the same time， the enterprises E-Learning of our country has also obtained a huge development. The purpose of this study is to understand and grasp the overall domestic enterprise E-Learning development situation. From the perspective of academic research， the research present situation is analyzed. The problems and deficiencies in the application of E-Learning in the enterprises of our country are discussed. Some pertinent suggestions for the future research trend of construction are given. 　　Key words： E-Learning； enterprise E-Learning； research status； research trend 　　0 引言 　　E-Learning自二十世纪初引入我国，经过了十多年的时间，我国企业E-Learning也取得了长足的发展。当前，随着新一代信息技术的发展，E-Learning正日益受到社会各界的高度重视。企业E-Learning通过信息技术为企业员工提供个性化、共享性资源的持续教育教学培训方式，其学习内容符合企业发展规划、企业文化、技术应用，有利于提升员工当前工作业绩及未来职业发展目标。 　　目前，有学者对E-Learning理论研究的现状进行了探讨，如孟亚玲等的《E-Learning理论研究的现状与思考》。虽然企业E-Learning的理论与实践研究已经得到了研究人员的广泛关注，但是目前还没有进行系统地疏导和研究。为了从整体上把握企业E-Learning在国内的研究与发展应用情况，本文将从研究内容上探析企业E-Learning的研究情况，探讨其研究现状，并对企业E-Learning研究中存在的问题和研究发展趋势进行详细分析。 　　1 研究思路与方法 　　十年来，我国企业E-Learning理论研究主要通过期刊与学位论文、研究课题和项目等形式呈现，期刊论文反映了该领域最新的研究成果，而学位论文则体现出其内容的研究深度。本文以2001年以来的博士、硕士学位论文和学术期刊论文为线索梳理我国企业E-Learning研究的现状，虽不能涵盖当前全部的理论和实践研究成果，但也能在一定程度上反映出当前学术界对企业E-Learning理论研究的状况及实践应用情况。 　　1.1 研究资料 　　经调查发现，国内2001年之前没有企业E-Learning的相关研究资料，因此，本文的研究资料界定为2001年至2013年6月国内公开发表的学术期刊论文和博士、硕士学位
