产业、人口与土地非农化协调性及空间非均衡性研究 　　摘要：基于产业、人口与土地非农化构建评价指标，以2002 ― 2012年为研究时段，借鉴对耦合度系数模型加以改进的协调耦合度模型以及重心分析法对长江中游城市群城市化水平的协调性及空间非均衡性进行定量分析，评价三者之间的协调性及空间非均衡发展特征。结果表明，长江中游城市群产业、人口和土地非农化的协调耦合度呈上升趋势。全区协调耦合度由0.60上升至0.72，从中度协调耦合发展为中高度协调耦合。产业、人口和土地非农化的相互作用不断优化，三要素在城市化过程中逐步趋向相互促进的良性发展态势；长江中游城市群产业、人口和土地非农化协调耦合度区内差异较大，呈现出北高南低的分化格局，城市化的快速发展加剧了区内城市化的非均衡发展；产业与人口非农化处于相对稳定均衡状态，土地非农化与产业、人口非农化匹配程度不高成为区域城市化协调耦合发展的瓶颈。最后就产业、人口与土地非农化协调可持续发展提出了具体的差异化城市发展策略。 　　关键词：产业、人口与土地非农化；协调性；非均衡；长江中游城市群 　　中图分类号：F303.4 文献标识码：A 文章编号：0439-8114（2016）05-1317-07 　　DOI：10.14088/j.cnki.issn0439-8114.2016.05.058 　　Study on Coordination of Industry，Population and Land Use Deagriculturalization and the Spatial Unbalance in Urban Agglomeration 　　――A Case Study from the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River 　　ZHANG Ya-jie，MA Ming，JIN Hai 　　（School of Resource and Environment Science，Wuhan University， Wuhan 430079， China） 　　Abstract： This paper quantitatively studies urbanization coordination and spatial unbalance in urban agglomeration from the middle reaches of the Yangtze River by drawing on the measure method of coordinated coupling degree improved by the coupling coefficient model and centroid method and constructing evaluation index system from 2002 to 2012 which is based on industry， population and land use deagriculturalization Then it evaluates the characteristics of coordination coupling and spatial non-balanced development of the three above. The results show that， the coordinated coupling degree of the three elements is on the rise in urban agglomeration from the middle reaches of the Yangtze River， which increases from 0.60 to 0.72 in the whole area， and enters a higher level. The interaction of the three elements is constantly optimized. The three elements in the process of urbanization gradually are inclined to mutually promote the development； the coordinated coupling degree of the three elements in urban agglomeration from the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is extremely different， which prese
