安平AP8项字〔2014〕40号 签发人：曹正杰 关于AP8合同段女娲山3号隧道 出口检查情况的整改报告 安康至平利高速公路APJ3驻地办： 根据安康至平利高速公路建设管理处下发的《关于对AP8合同段女娲山3号隧道出口检查情况的通报》（安平发〔2014〕177号）中对我项目部提出的问题，我部立即进行了整改，将通报中存在的问题责任到人，认真落实整改，已整改完毕，现将存在的问题及整改结果汇报如下： 一、存在问题 （1）正在施工的纵向排水管未按标准化要求机械打孔，且有不同颜色的排水管； （2）纵向排水管未按标准化要求设置管座，导致纵向排水管悬空； （3）纵向排水管未按设计及标准化要求使用土工布包裹，反滤碎石级配差，粉尘含量大； （4）总监办组织的隧道初期支护交验形同虚设、流于形式，验收人员随意在交验资料上签字，未严格按照总监办下发的《关于隧道初期支护检查验收有关要求的通知》（安平总监发〔2013〕14号）要求的程序进行交验； 二、整改情况 （1）对已施工的YK37+170-180段左右侧纵向排水管全部返工； （2）将颜色不一致的纵向排水管清理出场，并采用合格排水管； （3）在排水管施工前浇筑管座，确认纵向排水管纵向坡度满足要求； （4）组织现场技术员及各劳务队重新进行技术交底，明确施工工艺及相关标准化要求。 附件：整改照片 中铁十七局集团第四工程有限公司 安平高速公路AP8合同段项目经理部 2014年月日 排水管底座 排水管机械打孔 整改完成的排水管 技术交底会议 venture capital investment guarantee mechanisms, talents, positive for special funds, play to the guiding role of financial capital, leveraging features, evolving financial resources, capital, financial capital, protection of social capital into new patterns. 3 innovation environment, optimizing talent, create a good atmosphere.
