學習型學校的領導理念與策略 張 明 輝 國立台灣師範大學教育學系教授 摘要 「學習型組織」(learning organization) 理念，在Senge(1990) 等學者的大力提倡之下，除受到企業界的重視之外；近年來，教育組織也相繼探討如何將學習型組織的相關理念，導入教育組織──特別是學校組織之中，因此，開始有了「學習型學校」(The Learning-Centred School)的倡議。 「學習型學校」強調整體學校組織成員的學習，而「學習型學校」的領導尚包括：學校行政、教師教學、學生學習、組織文化及組織變革等相關內涵。至於，「學習型學校」的相關領導理念，則有「教育領導」、「科技領導」、「結構領導」、「道德領導」、「文化與象徵領導」、「人力資源領導」、「政治領導」及「策略與轉型領導」等。 而有關「學習型學校」的領導策略，則包括：確立學校領導者的定位為「高階學習主管」，建構學習型學校的發展願景，以及推動具體可行的「學習型學校」領導措施。 關鍵字：「學習型學校」、領導理念、領導策略 ABSTRACT Since Peter Senge published his best-selling “ Fifth Discipline Fieldbook” in 1990 , there is a lot of talk about how institutions of learning can become learning organizations. In the mid-1990’s, the school educators began turning their attentions to the learning organization. The learning-centered school emphasis the whole school learning, include all school personnel, from principal, administrative staff, teachers to students, and the components of the concepts of leadership of the learning-centered school are educational leadership , technological leadership, structural leadership, moral leadership, cultural symbolic leadership , human resource leadership, political leadership, and strategic transformational leadership.
