Tianjin Nankai Hospital，Tianjin 300100) Abstract ：Objective To evaluate the writing quality of systematic reviews of randomized controlled trials that published on domestic nursing professional journals in recent years. Methods Retrievals were made of all the nursing literature systematic reviews of randomized controlled trials in China in CNKI、VIP and WF ，the time was limited in 2006 to 2010,then evaluate the quality of these literatures with the tool of QUOROM. Results After screening , a total of 32 nursing literature systematic reviews of randomized controlled trials were retrieved,24 of which were named Meta-analysis ,7 were systematic evaluation .They were distributed in China nursing magazine，nursing research ，the PLA nursing magazine and so on. Few of these literatures meet the writing requirements of QUOROM. The main problems were non-standard titles, abstracts with incomprehensive content, inadequate preface, incomplete data, improper data analysis and lack of flow chart. Conclusions The number and quality of reports that published on domestic nursing professional journals are increasing in recent years, but there are still some problems about standard writing .We should make some strict norms in order to improve the quality of reports of systematic review.
