恶性肿瘤患者心理特征探索及护理对策 　　摘要：目的：探索恶性肿瘤患者心理特征，为恶性肿瘤患者提供有效的心理护理和心理干预奠定基础，保障恶性肿瘤患者有一种良好的安定感和高度的社会适应能力，努力提高生活质量、延长寿命。方法：寻找适当机会与156例恶性肿瘤患者零距离的正面接触，了解各患者对自身疾病认知程度和各阶段的不同反应，然后，采取不同的心理安抚和心理干预，使他（她）们能正视负面心理对疾病的危害程度，鼓励其珍惜生命、积极与病魔抗争。结果：经过认真的心理咨询和密切监测，并实施个性化、人性化心理护理和心理干预，156例患者情绪稳定、心态正常，治疗和护理的依从性良好，顺利完成各种手术、放、化疗方案。结论：心理上失衡、恐惧是导致许多恶性肿瘤患者快速死亡的主要诱因，特别是初次治疗后患者情绪往往异常紧张和恐惧，负性情绪是治疗、护理的巨大障碍，因此，积极寻找和把握各患者心理特征，采取个性化心理护理与干预显得非常重要。 　　关键词：恶性肿瘤患者；心理特征；护理 　　Exploring and nursing the psychological characteristics of the cancer patients 　　Yang Xiao-lan 　　Da Feng City Peoples Hospital in Jiangsu Province （Yancheng） 224100，china 　　[Abstract] Objective： To explore the psychological characteristics of patients with malignant tumors for cancer patients to provide effective psychological care and psychological intervention foundation to protect cancer patients have a good sense of stability and a high degree of social adaptability， and strive to improve the quality of life and prolong life.
