“第十三届全国科普理论研讨会暨首届海峡两岸科普论坛” 学校健康促进对青少年健康知识传播的影响 唐 芹 摘要：儿童青少年是人类的未来和希望，目前全世界10～19岁的儿童青少年有10亿，预计几年后1319岁的人将达到20亿，25岁以下的儿童青少年现已占全世界人口的一半。 一方面具有身心发育速度快，变化多，脆弱，易受伤害，健康需要水平高等特点，另一方面又处于习惯养成、知识技能学习、群体生活的特殊环境，决定了他们是实施“在童年期预防成年期疾病”的战略思想、开展健康教育的最佳的目标人群，中外学者一致认为健康教育应从抓起。学校阶段是儿童青少年长身体、长知识、身心发育、养成行为习惯与生活方式、为其终身健康奠定基础、以提高整个生命质量的关键时期。因此，学校是进行卫生科普教育的效果最好、时机最佳的理想场所，它为人们提供了一个创造健康未来的最激动人心的机会，是教育使命中最为基础的部分，学校可视为促进国家健康水平的重要资源。学校健康促进中的“儿童优先”和“在童年期预防成年期疾病”的战略思想，代表了广大人民群众的最根本利益；“健康科技”代表了先进的生产力；“健康促进学校”代表了先进文化的发展方向。本文从学校阶段儿青少年面临的健康挑战、学校健康促进的、学校健康知识传播与健康促进义及任务等方面探讨学校健康促进对青少年健康知识传among Youths and Adolescents Abstract: Children and adolescents are thought to be successors in the foreseeable future. Today, there are 1 billion individuals aged 10-19 worldwide, and the figure of 13-19 year-old population is expected to see an increase to 2 billion in the next few years. Half of the global population has been attributed to those who are younger than 25. The features of school-aged children include rapid physical or mental development, variability, fragility, access to hurt or injury, and higher level of demand of healthcare, etc. On the other hand, such special period, during which habits, knowledge, skills, and group life are acquired or adopted, makes them the optimal target population for “Prevention of Adult Disease during Childhood” strategy and health education. Domestic and foreign researchers have agreed that health education should be initiated among children and youths, because this critical stage will determine their later health condition and quality of life. Thus, regarding effectiveness and timing, school provides the best setting for disseminating health-related information, and could act as an important resource to improve the health level across the country. School health promotion, the primary mission of education, is promising in building a healthier future.
