农村信用社人员在省联社跟班学习心得体会 一、跟班学习主要内容 此次跟班学习时间是从2010年5月至7月，省联社精心安排设置了跟班学习的主要岗位有：总收发文岗、宣传信息岗、文字审核岗、综合文字岗、档案管理岗、机要岗、行政后勤岗等。在学习期间，我学习了文件的收发、流转、机要文件、档案管理、行政后勤、办公室业务技能等。期间整理了省联社社员代表大会、理事会相关材料；整理汇编了《福建省农村信用社文明规范服务手册》；列席听取了省联社机关党建精神文明等会议；参加了办公室集体学习例会并参与“青年小论坛交流学习”讨论；参与6.18第八届中国海峡项目成果交易会的农信社展区的布设与宣传工2010年年中工作视频会议”报告；参与编辑《海西新农信》、《福建农信》3期和增刊5期，一周要讯10期；核对文件、信息报道等多篇。在这里要学的东西很多、很精、也很全面，此次学习让我更全面地了解、掌握办公室的相关工作,工作能力也得到了显著的提升，这将是我人生一笔难得的财富，我将倍加珍惜。 (一)勤于学习，气氛浓厚 (二)爱岗敬业，甘于奉献 (三)细心高效，主动作为 三、两点建议 （一）将省联社OA系统延伸到基层网点。一是省联社的开发的OA办公自动化系统功能比较齐全、信息报道覆盖较广、内容全面，通过OA系统可以及时传达到基层网点。二是亿邮邮箱、RTX传输文件比较便捷，这也极大提升了各联社的办公效率。三是基层社网点的非资金网线路目前都已经搭建完毕，开通OA系统网络已经具备，成本低廉。为更好的发挥内部网络优势，搭建起各联社工作交流平台，确保文件传送的安全性，建议基层网点也开通省联社开发的OA系统。 ATM、CRS、自助终端、个人自助循环贷款、96336客户热线、各类中间业务等新成品都在逐步完善更新中。为提高各类新产品的客户认知度，方便广大客户网上操作，全面提升农信社品牌形象、竞争力、影响力，建议增加福建农信网站业务版面及电子产品操作链接。 rural grassroots cadres, plans to train 1000 village secretary of the village Party branch.(three) actively promote grassroots cadres election work.
