我国高校毕业生薪资水平呈下降趋势的经济学分析 摘 要 本文运用现代经济学基本研究方法，对我国高校毕业生的平均薪资水平呈下降趋势这一现象进行了解释性研究，研究结果表明：不能将产生这一现象的原因简单地归结于高校毕业生数量的增多，而是由于多方面因素共同作用的结果。高校扩招，一方面，使得毕业生数量在短期内激增加剧了劳动力市场供求矛盾，薪资水平下降是对这一矛盾的反应，而在长期内引起企业资本投入比例的变化，这必然引起工资率的下降。另一方面，由于国家教育投入没有与高校扩招同步增长，使得教育资源短缺从而造成高等教育质量的下降和毕业生专业技能等综合素质的降低，进而导致了高校毕业生生产效率下降，薪资水平下降是其表现；信息的不对称和不完全性使得高校毕业生的专业技能与市场的需求脱轨，他们只能在主劳动力市场选择专业以外、专业要求更低的工作职位或到次劳动力市场就业或自愿失业，薪资水平必然下滑。 关键词 高校毕业生 薪资水平 下降 Abstract this article gives the explanatory research on the phenomenon of the decline in the Chinas college graduates average salary levels with the method of modern economic approach. The consequence indicates that, we cannot simply ascribe the decline to the increasing quantity of the graduates，it is the result of various elements. College Expansion, on the one hand, makes the number of graduates increase enormously in the short term, it surges the contradictions of the supply and demand in the labor market, a drop in salary levels is the reaction, but in the long term，the changes in the proportion of input from the corporate capital would inevitably leads to the decline in wage rates. On the other hand, because of the states investment in education has not grown with the college, it causes the education resources shortage, thus, it would cause the decline in the quality of the graduates accordingly, such as the reduction of overall quality and it leads to a decline in production efficiency of the college graduates eventually, the pays decline is the right reflection. The lack of the symmetric information makes the professional skills of college graduates get derailed with the needs of the market, they can only choose the work which is out of their profession or has lower requirements of profession in the main labor market, or even choose voluntary unemployment, thus, salary levels will inevitably decline.
