能源消费与经济增长的关系研究 摘要 改革开放以来,中国经济迅猛发展,产业结构得到了不断的调整，能源消费量也逐年增加。运用能源投入与产出和产业结构理论，分析我国经济增长和能源消费的关系、三次产及工业内部结构与能源消费的关系，人口结构与能源消费的关系。通过数据回归和线性分析得出结论，1991—2002年，能源消耗弹性系数小于1,2003年以来，中国经济进入新一轮高速增长期，伴随投资的大幅增长，03,04年的能源消耗增长快于GDP增长，05,06年又有所回落。虽然单位产值的能耗在逐渐降低，但与世界先进水平相比差距还是很大，我国的产业结构特点决定了能源消费特点，工业是主要的能源消费者，其中高能耗的行业更是耗能大户，城乡人口结构与就业结构也与能源消耗有着密切的联系。基于以上的分析，提出了一些促进我国能源与经济，环境协调发展的政策建议和一些节能降耗的措施。 关键词：经济增长；产业结构；能源消费；节能降耗 Summary, Since Chinas reform and opening up, Chinese economic rapid development, industrial structure has been constantly adjusted, energy consumption is increasing year by year. Using the input and output of energy and industrial structure theory, analysis the relationship between economic growth and energy consumption in our country, three times production industry internal structure and the energy consumption and the relationship between population structure and the relationship of energy consumption. Through data regression and linear analysis concluded that 1991-2002, energy consumption elasticity coefficient is less than 3 years since 1200, Chinese economy enters a new round of rapid growth, with investment increased significantly, 03, 1991 year energy consumption growing faster than GDP growth, 05 years fell back again. While energy consumption per unit output value of gradually reducing, but compared with the advanced world level difference is very big still, our countrys industrial structure determines the energy consumption characteristics, industry is the main energy consumers, including high energy consumption industry is a large energy consumption, urban and rural population structure and employment structure also has close relationship with energy consumption. Based on the above analysis, puts forward some promote energy and economy in our country, the coordinated development of environment policy suggestion and some measures of energy saving and consumption reducing.
