西安欧亚学院 本科毕业论文（设计） 题 目： 德玛建设公司博祥时代1号楼投标文件的编制 学生姓名： 张航 所在分院： 建筑工程学院 专业班级： 工程管理1106 指导教师： 史玉芳 二〇一五 年 五 月 摘 要 本工程为陕西省西安市博祥时代1号楼是西安市的一幢综合性研发办公楼。该工程所处环境气候四季分明，地质状况为一级非自重非湿陷性。本工程结构类型为住宅部分为剪力墙结构，商业部分框架结构；建筑层数为地下2层，地上32层，地下一层为储藏间，地下二层为储藏间和配电室，一至二层为商业网点，三至三十二层为住宅；建筑总面积为16284.85m2；建筑高度为96.5m，其中地上13115.32m2，地下1124.41m2(不含地下车库辅助用房），商业建筑面积为2045.12m2 建筑基底面积1270.44m2；建筑耐火等级：一级；设计使用年限：50年；抗震设防烈度：八度；建筑防火分类：一类；屋面防水等级：Ⅱ级，二道设防。 设计包括：投标函部分部分（投标格式文件）、技术标部分（施工组织设计）、商务标部分（编制说明、投标报价汇总、单位工程费汇总、分部分项工程量清单报价、措施项目报价、主要材料清单报价等） 工程范围主要括：土方工程、桩基工程、钢筋工程、混凝土工程等几个部分。施工组织设计部分主要包括工程概况及施工部署、主要项目施工方法及施工方案、质量保障措施、安全文明施工措施等。 本次设计严格按照西安欧亚学院要求完成各项任务。 关键词：施工组织设计、钢筋混凝土、脚手架、工程量清单 Abstract This project for the shaanxi xi bo auspicious time 1 floor is a research and development of comprehensive office building of xi an .The project environment clear four seasons climate, geological condition of collapsibility not dead weight.
