卡圈零件冲压工艺及模具设计 摘要：模具是生产各种工业产品的重要工艺装备，是衡量一个国家工业发展水平的重要指标。其中冷冲压模具因其用途广、技术成熟而在模具中占较大比例.最大好的冲压工艺能保证材料消耗少、工序数目少、产品质量稳定、模具结构简单且寿命长等要求。本论文主要阐述了卡圈落料冲孔复合模及弯曲模的设计内容。 卡圈复合模采用倒装式结构，其操作方便，生产效率较高，能可靠地保证孔中心距尺寸精度，适合大批量的生产，应用广泛。复合模设计主要是对工作零件凸模、凹模和凸凹模的设计，其中主要是其工作部分的尺寸设计，以保证制件的精度和质量要求。模具许多零件已经标准化，如模架、导柱、导套、模座、卸料螺钉、固定板、弹性元件、卸料板等。在设计中，只须根据设计需要合理选定。 弯曲模的设计较为简单。这部分设计内容包括卡圈弯曲工艺分析；弯曲力的计算；弯曲模凸模和凹模工作部分尺寸的计算，结构尺寸的设计；弯曲模凸、凹模圆角半径的确定，凹模工作深度的确定，标准零件的选用，如垫板、上下模座、固定板、定位销、顶杆；压力机的选择。 关键词： 落料冲孔 复合模 弯曲模 冲压工艺 指导老师签名： stamping technology of Card circle element and design of Card circle element mould Abstract： Mould is the important tooling that produces various industrial products , is to measure a important index of national industrial development level. In which, cold stamping mould has broad use because of it , technical maturation in mould in take proportion bigger. Good stamping technology can guarantee material consumption less , process number few, product quality the steady, mould structural simple just life requirements such as length. This paper have elaborated card mainly circle fall to expect rush the design course of blank piercing compound mould and curved mould. Card circle compound mould adopting fall to pack type structure, its operating convenience and production have higher efficiency, reduce little mould scale greatly , can guarantee reliablely that hole center is away from size precision , suits a large quantity of production, it is extensive to apply. On compound mould design, is the design for working element punch, concave mould and punch-die mainly , is in which the size design of its working part mainly , make precision and quality requirement with guarantee. A lot of elements of mould have been standardized mostly , are as mould bases, guide pillar, guide-post bushing and mould , discharge screw, fixed head, flexible element and discharge board etc.. In design, choose standard just reasonably according t
