软件业作为我国信息产业的核心,在国民经济的各个领域中发挥着越来越重要的作用,其推动经济发展“倍增器”的效应日益突出,已开始扮演起国民经济进一步增长的关键角色。软件产品的营销是软件产品的继续开发与公司生存的关键步骤。软件产品与一般的产品相比较所独有的特性:产品与服务边界模糊;不具重复购买能力;产品边际成本基本为零;知识性与智力性;继承性和持久性等。这就决定了软件产品与一般产品的营销策略的不同。
本文以恩特软件公司为例,在面对企业内外的环境提出软件产品的一些营销策略:提高产品差异化;自助餐功能;分级定价与分模块定价;加强公共关系营销;加强企业间的联合促销;市场培育;长久市场培育寻找创利点;口碑营销;注重人的培养;培训策略等等。论文通过恩特公司全体员工的头脑风暴法,分别列出产品销售的优势、劣势,加之外部环境给产品带来的机会与威胁,用SWOT分析法分析各种条件,根据结果帮助企业带来比较正确的营销策略选择。关键词:营销策略、 头脑风暴、 SWOT分析 、公共关系营销ABSTRACT
Software industry is the core and soul of the information industry. It has already become the focus and strategic commanding point in the new round of international competitions. Software is absolutely necessary in people’s daily lives and has become quite indispensable to the company. Marketing of software products is a critical step to the continue development of the software products and the survival of a company. compared to the products in general, the unique characteristics of Software products : fuzzy border products and services; do not have the purchasing power of repetition; basically zero marginal cost products; of knowledge and intelligence; inheritance and durable and so on. That is why the software products and general products are of the different marketing strategies.
In this paper, Entersoft company as an example to Entebbe, Enterprises in the face of the environment both inside and outside a number of software products marketing strategy: to increase product differentiation; buffet function; classification sub-module pricing and pricing; strengthen marketing public relations; to strengthen inter-firm co-promotion; market cultivation; a long time to cultivate the market looking for profitability point; word-of-mouth marketing; pay attention to peoples culture; training strategy and so on.
