Foshan University 本科生毕业设计 椰子剥壳机的设计 学 院： 机械与电气工程学院 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 学 号： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 二 〇 一 三年 六 月摘 要 椰子内含果肉和椰子水，具有丰富的油脂、蛋白质等营养物质，且椰衣可以加工成纤维垫、绳索等，具有很高的综合应用价值。而剥壳是椰子加工的一个很重要的环节，所以本次设计是一种机械化程度较高的椰子剥壳机械，可提高椰子的剥壳生产效率。 本设计在查阅资料基础上，通过对不同方案的选择，确定剥壳的传动系统方案，进行椰子剥壳机的设计。本设计通过对系统的齿轮、齿辊、轴、挡板、压框装置、进料装置等的结构设计和配合设计，最终完成各个部件的配合组装，通过solidworks三维软件，进行装配，并且以运动仿真的形式演示了本设计的工作过程；同时在AutoCAD的基础上，对该系统的装配图和部分零件图进行了绘制。 关键词：椰子；剥壳； solidworks；motion运动仿真；Autocad Design of the Husking Machine of coconut Shen Hong-fei Abstract Coconut and coconut water contains pulp, with rich oil, protein and other nutrients, and can be processed into coconut fiber mat clothing, ropes, etc., with a high value of integrated applications.
