胺碘酮联合辛伐他汀在老年阵发性房颤中的应用价值[摘要] 目的 观察胺碘酮联合辛伐他汀在老年阵发性房颤中的应用价值。 方法 取我院内科于2013年2月～2014年2月期间收治的90例老年阵发性房颤患者为本次研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其均分为对照组与实验组各45例，其中对照组服用胺碘酮治疗，实验组则采用胺碘酮与辛伐他汀联合治疗方案，两组疗程均为12周，治疗结束后告知患者定期来院复查，并电话随访1年，治疗前后分别观察两组房颤发作次数、左房内径以及房产持续时间，并作统计学分析。 结果 与治疗前比较，治疗后两组患者左房内径均改善显著，房颤发作次数更少，前后差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；与对照组比较，实验组房颤持续时间更短，房颤发作次数更少，组间差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对于老年阵发性房颤患者而言，胺碘酮与辛伐他汀联合治疗方案效果确切，值得临床推广使用。[关键词] 阵发性房颤；心律失常；药物治疗；胺碘酮；辛伐他汀；疗效[中图分类号] R514.7 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）01-129-03[Abstract] Objective To observe the value of amiodarone and simvastatin in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in the elderly. Methods 90 cases of elderly patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation from February 2013 - February 2014 in our hospital Department of internal medicine were divided into the control group and experimental group，45 cases in each group. The control group were treated with amiodarone，the experimental group were treated with amiodarone and simvastatin combination therapy， the treatment lasted 12 weeks. After treatment， informed the patient to the hospital regularly review and telephoned follow-up 1 year after treatment；episodes of atrial fibrillation， left atrial dimension and duration listings of the two groups were observed before and after treatment，and for statistical analysis.Results Compared with before treatment， after treatment patients，left atrial diameter were improved significantly，and had fewer episodes of atrial fibrillation，there was statistical significance（P0.05）. Compared with the control group， the experimental group had shorter duration of atrial fibrillation， fewer episodes of atrial fibrillation，there was statistical significance（P0.05）.
