硕 士 学 位 论 文 论文题目 成长型企业CZ公司信息化战略及实施研究 摘要 一个国家的经济稳定持续增长离不开数量众多的成长型企业，特别是在稳定经济、吸纳就业、出口创汇和提供社会服务等方面，成长型企业的作用是不可或缺的。 伴随着信息时代的到来，目前在全球范围内掀起了一股信息化浪潮，这股信息化浪潮，对于成长型企业而言，既是一个难得的机遇，又是一个巨大的挑战。目前在我国，成长型企业信息化总体效果不佳，本文就是针对以上问题进行研究，以便找出应对之策。 论文第一部分首先阐述了本课题是研究与成长型企业信息化建设效果不佳有关的问题，目的是探讨这类企业实施信息化的战略及实施策略，以避免企业在进行信息化建设时走弯路，其次论述了本课题研究的意义。论文第二部分主要讨论了成长型企业概念、类型和特点。第三部分是企业信息化战略规划理论研究部分，包括了企业信息化战略的概念，企业信息化战略规划的理论模型和一般过程。 第四部分基于企业生命周期理论和信息化战略规划理论，研究了成长型企业信息化战略规划方法，并提出一种将应用组合管理和企业生命周期管理综合运用的动态方法。第五部分是案例研究，以上述理论为指导，分析了成长型企业CZ公司的企业信息化历史与现状，并对其提出了信息化战略规划与实施建议。 关键词 成长型企业 信息化 信息化战略 战略规划 企业生命周期 自主创新  Abstract The economic stability of a country can not be increased without the numerous growing businesses. The growing businesses play very important role in areas of stabilizing economy, obtaining employment, earning foreign exchange and offering community service. With the Information Age approaching, there is a Global Informatization, and it is not only a desirable opportunity but also a gigantic challenge for growing businesses. Today, business information result of them, as a whole, has been inefficient. This thesis will study the problem, so we can find a better strategy. The first section discusses the main question of this dissertation that business information result of the growing businesses has been inefficient, so that we can find a better strategy to address the problem in question. The second section mainly discusses the notion, type, characteristics of growing businesses, as well as strategy of strengthening competition of the enterprises. The third section researches the theories of IS/IT strategic planning including definition of IS/IT strategy, theory models, and general processes of IS/IT strategic planning. Basing on the theories of the corporate lifecycles and the theory of IS/IT strategic planning，the fourth section is the research on the IS/IT strategy of growing businesses.
