某大型商业中心环境影响评价报告书
摘 要
本设计为福源商贸城建设项目环境影响评价。该项目建设地点位于孟津县会盟镇马庄村二组,项目占地面积20146m2,规划建筑面积64000m2,营业面积54300m2。
依据《环境影响评价技术导则》所规定的原则、方法、内容和要求开展环境影响评价工作。对拟建工程项目进行工程分析,确定项目在施工期和运营期的主要环境影响因素;对评价范围内的自然环境和社会环境现状进行调查、监测、分析和评价,重点对施工期和运营期的环境影响进行预测:施工期的主要环境影响因素是扬尘污染和噪声影响。运营期的主要环境影响因素是水污染,噪声污染和生活垃圾,该项目营运期产生的废水均得到合理处置,对周围地表水影响较小;噪声源经减噪措施后均能达标,生活垃圾集中管理并及时清除。
在施工期和运营期采取切实可行的环保措施和污染防治措施,就能够使污染物对环境的影响降低到最小,从环保角度来说该项目是可行的;对该项目进行经济效益和社会效益综合分析,得出该项目具有可行性。

Abstract
The design for the environment effect of Fuyuan commerce city construction project evaluation. The project site is located in Mengjin County Alliance town Ma Zhuang village two groups, The project covers an area of 20146m2, construction area of 64000m2, the business area of 54300m2.
On the basis of the technical guideline for environmental impact assessment of the provisions of the principles, methods, contents and called for environment impact appraisal. The proposed construction project to project engineering analysis, determine the project during construction and operation period of the main environmental factor; Within the scope of the evaluation of the natural environment and social environment of the investigation, monitoring, analysis and evaluation, focusing on the construction stage and operation period of the environmental impact prediction. The major environmental factors affecting construction period is the effect of dust pollution and noise.The major environmental factors affecting operation period is water pollution, noise pollution and garbage, the project operation period produced wastewater were reasonable disposal, less impact on the surrounding surface water; noise source of the noise reduction measures can be up to standard, centralized management and the timely removal of refuse.
During construction and operation period to adopt feasible measures of environmental protection and pollution control measures, can make pollutant of the impact on the environment down to the smallest,
