sci医学论文书写 sci书写 科技论文学习总结散记 0.科技论文写作的基础知识 0.1文体上的特点 0.1.1科技写作要求采用有效的文体（effective style）, 在写作中并不需要你创造形成自己特有的风格，相反地，你应该努力做到在写作质量上达到下列要求，如：清晰性clearness、直接性directness、简明性conciseness和可读性readability.此外还要求语言简练simplicity、准确precision. 0.1.2 避免使用僵硬的虚夸的语言 e.g. increase the visibility of the incandescent gases 改为：make the flame easier to see. 0.1.3使用具体的专门的语言 即：避免采用抽象和一般的语言。 e.g. We plan to present a proposal covering all important aspects of the problem.改为 On October 10 we shall present a proposal covering cost, materials, methodology , and personnel. 科技琯作中具体和专门的措辞必然会带来对事物理解的直接性directness. 0.1.4避免使用长句子 避免写过长的句子，过长的句子往往赞成内容的混乱，应该把过长的句子拆开分成几个独立的较短的句子，但也不应走到另一极端，把一个句子分成很多过短的句子，因为这样会赞成零碎单调的感觉。总之，文章中的句子，应该有长有短，也有适中的，适当搭配，避免千篇一律。句子结构也要求简单和直接，避免不必要的复杂化，现在比较下面两个句子： The next step consisted of looking for methods by which the losses that occurred in the bearings might be eliminated.改为： The next step consisted of looking for methods of eliminating the losses in the bearings. 简单化的目的是使句子更清晰更可读，如果起了相反的效果则不可取。 0.1.5 简明性conciseness是科技文章的一个重要方面 要避免用词的重复。如：costs rise to higher level,只用costs rise就可以了。如：due to the fact that 缩减为：due to 就可以。During the years between 缩减为between就可以了。 再如：It is essential that we take these precautions if our crews are to be safe 改为these precautions are essential to the safety of our crews. 简明性不仅仅是节省文章的空间，更重要的是节省读者的时间，但为了文章的简明，不可走得过远，不可为简明而牺牲了清晰性、可读性、自然性、准确性和必须强调之处。 e.g. Preventing catalyst selectivity deterioration is difficult. 应改为It is difficult to prevent the selectivity of the catalyst from deteriorating. 0.1.6句子的扩展方法 在科技文章中，特别是在高水平的学术论文中，时常需要写一引起复杂的长句以表达较多的较完整的科技信息，而避免写成一连串的短句子以适合于专业人士阅读。这些句子初看起来很复杂，但在文字语言结构上，特别是在文章的整体上，表现出了高度的简洁和精炼，反映了文体的高效性。如： A variety of proteins including casein, lactalbumin, lactoferrin , angiogenin-1 and angiogenin-2 are present in milk. 这里including 是现分作后置定语。 0.2 会议论文与期刊论文 Conferences: Communication and connection are the major purposes Journals: 1.The requirements vary for different journals 2.
