品管圈在降低中心静脉导管非计划性拔管中的应用 　　 　　 　　[摘要] 目的 探索品管圈质量改进方法在降低中心静脉导管非计划性拔管中的作用。 方法 成立品管圈，确立“降低中心静脉导管非计划性拔管率”为活动主题，进行现况调查、要因分析、拟定对策，运用PDCA循环的原则进行对策的实施和效果确认，标准化检讨与改进等。 结果 实施品管圈后，中心静脉导管的非计划性拔管率由活动前的23.08%降至活动后的7.41%，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05），这不但减轻了非计划性拔管给患者带来的痛苦，还达到了医护与患者双赢的目的。 结论 开展品管圈活动，不仅能降低中心静脉导管的非计划性拔管率，还能提高团队的整体素质。 　　[关键词] 品管圈；中心静脉导管；非计划性拔管率 　　[中图分类号] R47[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）05（a）-0122-04 　　 　　Application of quality control circle in reducing of the unplanned extubation of central venous catheter 　　KONG Yehong ZHAO Bin LI Xiuqing GAO Cui 　　Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery, the Second Hospital Affiliated to Hebei Medical University, Hebei Province, Shijiazhuang 050000, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of improving quality control circle in reducing of the unplanned extubation rate of central venous catheter. Methods The reducing of unplanned extubation rate of central venous catheter was as the theme, investigation, cause analyzing and making strategies were used in establishing quality control circle. The countermeasures were implementated and the effect was confirmed according to principles of PDCA circulation, improving and reviewing with standard were also implied. Results After the quality control circle, the unplanned extubation rate of central venous catheter reduced from 23.08% before the activity to 7.41%, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The pain of the patients brought by unplanned extubation was relieved, and a win-win object for nurses and patients was obtained.
