硬膜外复合全麻在妇科腹腔镜手术中麻醉效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究硬膜外复合全麻在妇科腹腔镜手术中的麻醉效果。方法 采用回顾性分析的方法将我院120例妇科腹腔镜手术患者随机分为硬膜外复合全麻（研究组）60例，单纯全麻（对照组）60例， 分析两组术中血流动力学变化、术后苏醒时间，评价两组患者子宫松弛度。 结果 术中研究组患者血流动力学较对照组患者更平稳，诱导前两组MAP与HR基本相同（P0.05），麻醉后对照组MAP与HR均高于研究组。研究组苏醒时间显著低于对照组（P0.05）；研究组（93.33%）子宫松弛度显著优于对照组（70.00%）（P0.05）。结论 硬膜外复合全麻较单纯全麻在妇科腹腔镜手术中具有较好的麻醉效果，患者术中心率、血压更平稳，子宫松弛度良好适合手术操作，术后苏醒较快。 　　[关键词] 单纯全麻；硬膜外复合全麻；腹腔镜手术 　　[中图分类号] R614 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）11-0067-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and explore the anesthetic effect of epidural anesthesia combining with general anesthesia in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. Methods The data of 120 patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were randomly divided into 60 cases of the epidural anesthesia combining with general anesthesia group（the study group） and 60 cases of the single general anesthesia group（the control group）. The intraoperative hemodynamic changes and postoperative awakening time of the two groups were recorded and analyzed， and the uterine relaxation of the two groups were evaluated. Results The intraoperative hemodynamic of patients in the study group was more stable than that in the control group， and the MAP and HR before anaesthesia induction of the two groups were basically same（P0.05）， and the MAP and HR after anesthesia of the control group were higher than those of the study group. The awakening time of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）； The uterine relaxation of the study group（93.33%） was significantly better than that of the control group（70.00%）（P0.05）. Conclusion Compares with the single general anesthesia， the epidural anesthesia combining with general anesthesia has better anesthesia effect in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery， more steady intraoperative heart rate and blood pressure of patients， good uterine relaxation for operation and quicker postoperative awakening. 　　[Key words] Single general anes
