护理人员排班方式改变对输液儿童静脉穿刺质量的影响   [摘要] 目的 探讨护理人员定人定岗的排班方式对连续多日多次输液患儿静脉穿刺质量的影响。 方法 选择2012年10月~2013年9月复旦大学附属华山医院宝山分院门诊连续补液患儿100例共补液689次作为观察组,补液穿刺护士每日定人定岗;同期连续补液患儿100例共补液702次作为对照组,患儿每次补液穿刺的护士轮换不固定。比较两组患儿的静脉穿刺成功率、依从性、补液舒适度及家长满意度。 结果 观察组患儿静脉穿刺一次性成功率、依从性明显、补液舒适度及家长满意度(90.13%、89.98%、89.55%、90.13%)均高于对照组(82.47%、84.47%、82.76%、84.76%),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P 0.05)。 结论 护理人员定人定岗后,连续多日多次补液患儿的静脉穿刺质量有显著提升,对提高患儿及家长满意度、改善护患关系及减少护患矛盾有积极的作用。   [关键词] 补液;排班方式;静脉穿刺   [中图分类号] R472.9 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-7210(2014)01(b)-0144-04   The influences of nursing shift arrangement on the quality of infusion children vein puncture   SUN Ying WU Yan▲   Baoshan Branch of Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, Shanghai 200431, China   [Abstract] Objective To investigate influences of nursing staff fixed position shift arrangement on the quality of consecutive days repeatedly venous transfusion puncture for many times. Methods 100 children with 689 fluid infusions from October 2012 to September 2013 in Baoshan Branch of Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University were as observation group, and they were punctured and rehydrated by fixed nurses, 100 children with 702 fluid infusions in the same period were as control group, and they were punctured and rehydrated by rotation nurses. The vein puncture successes rate and compliance, rehydration degree of comfort and satisfaction of parents of rehydrated of two groups were compared. Results The vein puncture successes rate and compliance, rehydration degree of comfort and satisfaction of parents of rehydrated of observation group (90.13%, 89.98%, 89.55%, 90.13%) were obviously higher than those of control group (82.47%, 84.47%, 82.76%, 84.76%), the differences were statistically significant (all P 0.05). Conclusion Nurses fixed position can significantly improve the quality of repeated venipuncture, to raise the children and parents satisfaction, has a positive effect in the improvement of the nurse-patient relationship.
