摘 要 随着经济的高速发展,人才的流动也越来越频繁，而人才资源是现代企业在日趋激烈的商业竞争中立于不败之地的根本保证。如何才能用最少的时间和精力招聘到符合企业要求的人才，同时也让应聘者更加方便地参加应聘是企业和个人都关心的问题。如今，越来越多的人们倾向于在网上搜索和发布信息，因此我们借助日益成熟的互联网技术设计和实现了一个可以让招聘者和应聘者远程进行互动交流的网络平台。 本系统采用Microsoft Visual Studio 2005作为开发工具，后台数据库采用sql server2000数据库管理系统。通过对发布招聘信息的企业和寻找工作者信息的收集与发布，构造了一个企业和人才之间的网上工作平台。 本系统包括如下功能：管理员管理员维护模块包括基础数据维护、业务数据维护和查询统计数据。其中基础数据维护包括班级信息维护、地址信息维护、职位类别维护、专业信息维护和新闻信息发布；业务数据维护包括注册学生列表和招聘单位列表；查询统计数据包括学生简历列表和招聘职位统计。学生维护模块包括发布简历、找工作、简历的投递记录和注册信息的维护。企业管理模块包括发布招聘职位和企业注册信息。 关键词：人才，ASP.NET，SQL SERVER, 数据库 Abstract  With the rapid economic development, the flow of talent has become increasingly frequent, and human resources is the modern enterprise in the increasingly fierce competition in the business of the fundamental guarantee in an invincible position. How can we use the minimum of time and effort to recruit qualified personnel in line with corporate requirements, but also more convenient to allow candidates to participate in the enterprise and individual candidates are concerned about. Today, more and more people tend to search for and dissemination of online information, so we become more sophisticated use of Internet technology to design and implement a recruitment and allows candidates to carry out long-range interaction of the network platform.
