生脉注射液联合免疫抑制剂治疗寻常型天疱疮的效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨生脉注射液联合免疫抑制剂治疗寻常型天疱疮的近、远期效果及护理。 方法 收集自2006年起在本院皮肤科住院经临床和病理确诊为寻常型天疱疮患者的临床资料，对采用糖皮质激素联合环磷酰胺（对照组）治疗和生脉注射液联合糖皮质激素及环磷酰胺（治疗组）治疗的近、远期效果进行评估。 结果 治疗组近期控制率为82.4%，对照组为81.0%，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗组的远期痊愈率为26.5%，远期控制率为55.9%；对照组的远期痊愈率为9.5%，远期控制率为38.1%，两组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 生脉注射液联合糖皮质激素及环磷酰胺治疗寻常型天疱疮的近期及远期效果良好，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 天疱疮；生脉注射液；免疫抑制剂 　　[中图分类号] R753.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（a）-0084-02 　　Efficacy observation of shengmaizhusheye combined with immunosuppressor in the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris 　　LAN Xiao-ling HUANG Dong-bei 　　The First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College，Ganzhou 341000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the short-term and long-term efficacy and the nursing of shengmaizhusheye combined with immunosuppressor in treatment of pemphigus vulgaris. Methods 55 patients with pemphigus vulgaris who were diagnosed by clinical manifestations and histopathology were divided into control group（treated with glucocorticoid combined cyclophosphamide） and treatment group（treated with shengmaizhusheye combined with glucocorticoid and cyclophosphamide） randomly.Their short-term and long-term efficacy was evaluated. Results In terms of short-term efficacy，the control rate of treatment group was 82.4%，and the control group was 81.0%，the difference was not statistically significant （P0.05）.In terms of long-term efficacy，the cure rate of treatment group was 26.5%，the control rate of treatment group was 55.9%；the cure rate of control group was 9.5%，the control rate of control group was 38.1%，compared between the two groups，the differences were all statistically significant（P0.05）.
