早期肢体功能训练对骨折术后患者自理能力的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨早期肢体功能训练对骨折术后患者自理能力的影响，并总结其临床应用价值。 方法 选取本院2009年4月～2011年4月的96例骨折患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各48例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上加以早期肢体功能锻炼，比较两组护理前后的ADL、FAM、FIM功能评分及疼痛程度。 结果 两组护理前后的ADL、FAM、FIM功能评分及疼痛VAS评分有差异；护理后，观察组的上述各项评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 在常规护理的基础上加以早期肢体功能锻炼效果显著，其能促进骨折患者的功能恢复，减轻术后疼痛，尽早恢复患者的生活自理能力，具有重要的临床应用价值。 　　[关键词] 护理；肢体锻炼；骨折；自理能力 　　[中图分类号] R274.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）07（a）-0113-02 　　Influence of early limb function exercise on self-care ability of patients with fracture after surgey 　　BI Xue-hua 　　Peoples Hospital of Huadu District in Guangzhou City，Guangdong Province，Guangzhou 510800，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of early limb function exercise on self-care ability of patients with fracture after surgey and summarize its clinical values. Methods 96 patients with fracture were randomly divided into the observation group（n = 48） and the control group（n = 48） admitted to our hospital from April 2009 to April 2011.The control group was offered with conventional nursing and the observation group carried out early limb function exercise on the basis of conventional nursing.The function scores of ADL， FAM， FIM， and degree of pain before and after nursing of two groups were compared. Results There were differences in function scores of ADL，FAM，FIM and pain score of VAS in both groups before and after nursing.Score above-mentioned of the observation group was better than the control group，the differences was statistically significant （P 0.05）.
